Missouri Slope Areawide United Way is Hosting Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week

Missouri Slope Areawide (MSA) United Way is launching a Campaign for the Homeless! The Center for Opportunity is the only 24/7 facility in our community for the homeless. The center shelters over 100 men, women, and children each night. Additionally, there are 1,700 students being fed over the weekend through United Way’s Backpack Program.

MSA United Way Celebrates Another Successful Campaign with a SOLD-OUT CROWD

Missouri Slope Areawide United Way unveiled its 2023 Campaign fundraising total during its Annual Luncheon & Meeting on Thursday, March 21, drawing over 550 attendees.  

The collective effort of individuals, businesses, agencies, and community members in Bismarck, Mandan, and neighboring areas propelled MSA United Way to raise an impressive $2,989,752.69. These funds will bolster programs tackling critical issues such as health initiatives, hunger, poverty, education, and homelessness.  

MSA United Way celebrates another successful campaign

Missouri Slope Areawide (MSA) United Way celebrated its 2021 Campaign during the nonprofit’s sold-out Annual Luncheon & Meeting on Thursday, March 31st. The Ramkota ballroom was packed to celebrate the work of United Way, who recognized their donors, volunteers, and revealed the 2020 and 2021 Campaign totals.

The Bismarck, Mandan, and surrounding communities helped MSA United Way raise a record-breaking $3,041,851.72 in 2020 and $3,104,440.05 in 2021.
