Executive Assistant: Responsible for daily administrative tasks including calendar management, project management, and meeting planning and is a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries in all matters pertaining to the CEO. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a results-driven and fast-paced environment and has the ability to exercise creativity and good judgment in a variety of situations.
Qualifications include: strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaboratively build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and others. Expert level of written and verbal communication skills. Proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision making capability. Independently motivated. Highly versatile and resourceful team player. Strong work history with previous experience supporting a President and CEO, COO or CFO, preferably in a complex and growing medium to large public company. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat and experience with Smartsheets is a plus.
Resource Development Director: Direct, plan, and coordinate the annual fundraising campaign in partnership with the Campaign Co-Chairs, Campaign Cabinet, and Executive Director. Develop strategies to provide a year-round visible presence to the community and other external stakeholders in an effort to create broad support for and awareness of the organization.
Director of Strategic Engagement & Community Impact: The Director of Strategic Engagement & Community Impact is a key member of the MSAUW leadership team to provide direction and oversight of the coordination of all United Way community impact activities and initiatives.
A strategic thinker and problem-solver, this team member assesses community needs, evaluates program effectiveness, and ensures accountability with the investments of donor dollars.
This position cultivates community awareness and collaborative opportunities for the building of relationships with businesses, nonprofits, government, and educational entities; serves as the Community Impact resource to the Executive Director and staff while serving as the impact initiatives creative force for the organization as a whole.
Client Service Advocate: Full-time and part-time positions available. Shifts are 6 p.m. - 11 p.m. and 3 p.m - 11 p.m. Client Service Advocate will provide intake and orientation for new clients, provide advocacy services, provide employment assistance, and keep records for programs and clients.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with others and work independently under minimum experience.
