Current Open Positions:

Resource Development Director: Direct, plan and coordinate the annual fundraising campaign in partnership with the Campaign Co-Chairs, Campaign Cabinet, and Executive Director. Develop strategies to provide a year-round visible presence to the community and other external stakeholders in an effort to create broad support for and awareness of the organization. 

Director of Strategic Engagement & Community Impact: The Director of Strategic Engagement & Community Impact is a key member of the MSAUW leadership team to provide direction and oversight of the coordination of all United Way community impact activities and initiatives.

A strategic thinker and problem-solver, this team member assesses community needs, evaluates program effectiveness, and ensures accountability with the investments of donor dollars.
 
This position cultivates community awareness and collaborative opportunities for the building of relationships with businesses, nonprofits, government, and educational entities; serves as the Community Impact resource to the Executive Director and staff while serving as the impact initiatives creative force for the organization as a whole.
