Employee Campaign Manager (ECM) Training brings together the people who lead United Way campaigns in their workplaces for a day of learning, sharing ideas, and connecting.

Throughout the day, participants get to know United Way and gain a closer look at its work through tours, stories, and conversations with others. Featured speakers—successful Employee Campaign Managers themselves—share their experiences, practical tips, and ideas for engaging coworkers and running effective campaigns. Group discussions and brainstorming sessions give participants time to ask questions, exchange ideas, and explore approaches for their own workplaces. Lunch offers another opportunity to connect with fellow ECMs and United Way staff. The day helps participants build the knowledge, confidence, and connections to lead their campaigns.

In 2025, people from all walks of life joined together to address growing community needs. Thanks to the generous support of thousands of individuals and hundreds of business supporters, we were able to raise over $2,900,000.
