Join the LIVE UNITED movement by attending our 2026 Employee Campaign Manager (ECM) Training! ECMs help lead their organization’s Workplace Campaign by sharing MSA United Way’s mission, engaging coworkers, encouraging giving, and creating volunteer opportunities.
At the training, you will:

Tour Youthworks and MSA United Way’s Center for Opportunity

Learn how MSA United Way supports local children, families, and individuals

Review campaign materials, tools, and ideas

Hear practical tips from experienced ECMs

Exchange ideas with other Workplace Campaign Partners

Prepare to lead a successful Workplace Campaign
New and returning ECMs are welcome. Organizations may also register other members of their Workplace Campaign team.

*Please allow enough time for parking and check-in, which begins at 9:45 a.m. Thanks to our generous partners at Bismarck Public Schools, transportation will be provided from SCHEELS to Youthworks, then to MSA United Way’s Center for Opportunity, and back to SCHEELS.
Refreshments and a light lunch are included at no cost following the tours and during the training.
