MSA United Way welcomes Pete and Lisa Jahner as co-chairs of the 2026–2027 “Every Step of the Way” campaign.
This year’s campaign brings our community together around needs close to home: food for children over the weekend, books that help young children learn, and shelter and support for neighbors experiencing homelessness.
Pete Jahner is with Kirkwood Bank and serves as co-chair of MSA United Way’s 2026–2027 campaign.
Lisa Jahner is with the North Dakota Association of Counties and serves alongside Pete as campaign co-chair.
As campaign co-chairs, Pete and Lisa are helping invite local businesses, employees, and community members to take part. Together, we can help children and families find support when they need it.

Every Step of the Way
Through the Backpack Program, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, and the Center for Opportunity, MSA United Way connects local generosity with local needs.
There are many ways to help: start a workplace campaign, make a gift, or volunteer your time. Each act of generosity helps build a stronger Bismarck–Mandan community.
Please join us in thanking Pete and Lisa for their leadership and commitment to our neighbors.
