Join us for our Day of Caring on
August 18, 2010.
7:00 – 7:15 A.M.                Team Captains Arrive at Century High School 

 7:30 – 7:45 A.M.                Volunteers and supporters arrive at Century High School 

You will report to your Project Team Captain at your project table to sign in and pick up your Day of Caring t-shirt at that Project Table.  Then grab some breakfast and JAVA!

7:50 A.M.                             Campaign Kick-off with a SHORT program. Group photo will take place.

8:30 A.M.                             You will be off to your project sites after the group photo.

Noon                                     Your team captain will have lunch served at your work site.

 

Most projects can be completed by 3:00 p.m.  Once the work is completed at your site, you are free to go.  Some project volunteers who finish early are welcome to join other work projects.

 

There is free admission to the Dakota Zoo for anyone wearing a 2010 Day of Caring t-shirt on this special day only.Thank you Rod!

ATTENTION ALL DAY OF CARING VOLUNTEERS….

 

MSA United Way requests your presence at our Annual Kick-off/Day of Caring Breakfast

Wednesday, August 18th

Century High School

7:30 AM

 

YOU WILL BE RECEIVING AN EMAIL FROM US TONIGHT EXPLAINING GREATER DETAILS ABOUT YOUR PROJECT ASSIGNMENT.

 

*** IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM US BY FRIDAY MORNING 7 AM, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE TO BE SURE YOUR REGISTRATION FORM WAS SUBMITTED. Cyber space gremlins do exist. ***

 

A few brief notes…

1.       It is important to report to the breakfast because we are taking a full group photo and need your body there J

2.       We promise to KEEP IT SHORT so that you can get out of there and do the important work you have signed up to do!

3.       We will have food.

4.       You will receive your t-shirt!!!

5.       It’s all about the community and sharing in the spirit of volunteerism.  Your support makes a difference.
